When you create an account, we use your email address and account details to authenticate you and provide access to your learning, practice, and progress features. If you contact us, we use the details and message you submit to respond.
Learning and practice data
Your saved learning progress, quiz attempts, practice answers, transcripts, and related feedback are used to show your progress and improve your practice experience. Please avoid including confidential information from an employer or another person in an answer.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the application, store data, send email, and provide optional transcription or evaluation features. They receive only the information needed for those services.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and progress information while it is needed to provide the service. To ask a question about your information or request account assistance, contact us.
